Scott Siegal

Scott Siegal has owned and operated Maggio Roofing of Washington DC for the last 20 years.Maggio Roofing is a national award winning roofing contractor that was recently inducted into Hanley Wood’s Big 50. Under Scott’s leadership, Maggio Roofing has won the prestigous “Best Company” award from the Certified Contractors Network three different years (1999, 2000, and 2007). This is something no other contracting company has matched.

Scott has also served as President of the Washington Area Roofing Contractors Association (local roofing trade association) in 2000 and was a board member for six years. He has served on the steering committee for the Certified Contractors Network from 2000-2009. Currently he is the President of Certified Contractors Network.

Currently holding certifications from almost every major roofing manufacturer, Scott has a wealth of experience and knowledge that he shares with other contractors around the country. Scott is a frequent speaker and presenter at many different roofing manufacturer seminars and conventions. Scott also trains contractors from around the country in many different topics related to the contracting industry.

Steve Piccirelli

Steve has been in the construction industry dating back to the mid 1980′s where he started with Toll Brothers. Through the years Steve eventually opened his own roofing company in the Philadelphia market in early 1990. He later sold his company and moved his family to the Maryland area in 1992 and joined the Maggio Team. Steve has been Maggio’s top salesman for many of the 18 years he has worked at the company. Steve was recognized as “Salesman of the Year” two seperate years by the Certified Contractors Network (a national contractors network). This has not been duplicated by any other sales representative in the country

Steve Zisserman

Steve came to Maggio in 2000. Steve is the hardest working saleperson that we have ever had. Steve specializes in estimating historic homes in Washington DC, but has experience estimating all type of roofs. Steve also hails from Philadelphia where he worked in a family business for over 20 years. During his time in Philadelphia, Steve worked for a window company that specialized in energy efficient products. Steve’s wealth of information and background bring a unique perspective to our company.
