Sometime they seem a little too professional. They send me a lot of letters and paperwork. They could cut back a little bit. But you usually don’t get good customer service like that. Overall, it’s a good thing.
The workmanship was great. The administrative stuff was fine, if a little redundant. The guy who came out, Mike, knew what he was talking about.
Mike was on the money. He was concise and noticed a couple things I didn’t.
People ask me all the time for referrals, and I will certainly refer Maggio when I get asked by our neighbors.
