Maggio Roofing Company, DC's premier residential roofing company, is a growing company located in brand new offices in Takoma Park, MD. SUMMARY

Executes marketing and social media strategies for multiple companies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Other duties may be assigned and are not in order of importance:

Prepare marketing materials, print post cards or letters, assemble and take to the post office for bulk mailing.

Update social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn.

Monitor and manage two websites including uploading new material and monitoring our Google search positions. Ensure the websites remain optimized.

Monitor reports on efficiency of marketing programs and adhering to marketing budgets.

Effectively marketing company training and conferences to our members and non members in the home improvement industry.

Effectively marketing products and services offered by the roofing company

Track lead flows using on-site software

Report progress and results on a regular basis to management.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years experience with in-house marketing campaigns for profit based companies.

Must be detail-oriented and work with a high level of accuracy and creativity.

A vehicle is needed for this position
