SUMMARY

Executes marketing and social media strategies for multiple companies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Random site visits to inspect OSHA safety guidelines on all job sites.

Perform annual maintenance inspections of different kinds of roofs and clean gutters.

Use a computer to track maintenance work and compile safety reports.

Deliver materials to job sites as needed

Assist with inventory and deliveries as needed

Knowledge of Bobcat operation a plus

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years recent experience with a construction trade

Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Must be detail oriented and work with a high level of accuracy.

Must be able to set up and climb ladders up to 32 feet.
