Exceptional Craftsmanship and Customer Care Make Gutter Replacement a Breeze!

Gabriel, Armando, and Antonio from Maggio recently completed an excellent gutter replacement project on our historic building, installing new gutter boxes and downspouts with exceptional care and professionalism. What impressed us most was their attention to detail and communication. The crew took time to explain each step of the process, answered our many questions patiently, and worked carefully around our building's historic features. They completed the project on schedule, left the site clean each day, and addressed every concern we raised promptly. While Maggio isn't the cheapest option, their quality workmanship and outstanding customer service - from the field crew to the back office staff - made the investment worthwhile. They clearly stand behind their work and take pride in what they do. We'll definitely use Maggio again for future roofing needs and highly recommend them to anyone seeking skilled, trustworthy contractors who truly care about their craft.

Quality Roofing, Perfect Gutters — A Stunning Historical Restoration!

I have worked with maggio on several projects over the span of 7 years and so far I can say that I am very happy with the quality of their work and their dedication to do right. The product result of their work performs incredibly well and knowing how DC can get some high winds and heavy rains my property could not be any dryer on the inside and look good on the outside. The first project was replacing a bitumen roof (lasted 6 years), that the bad developer used on our roof, with their white fibertite membrane which has been performing perfectly until now. They also redid the flashin on the sides on the building. The second project was adding gutter guards to all the gutters and rearranging the gutter pipe layout so the water is removed more efficiently. So far works perfectly. The third project was by far the most challenging one. This one consisted of redoing the entire historical turret and mansard and restoring the metal pieces. The end result was great and so far no leaks so everything seems to be performing well. The process could have been smoother with less rework nedded if there were more communication between maggio and us representing the HOA. Historical metal pieces are not the easiest to work with so setting clear expectations with us would have helped. As owners we tried to push to communicate how things should look or what we expected but maggio was not reciprocating as much as we had hoped until we pointed out that things did not look correct so they had to redo some of the aesthetic work at no cost. With historical pieces, sketches, diagrams, or example pictures could go a long way in helping clarify intentions. Thank you Antonio for pushing through and giving us a final product that we are happy with. We appreciate your effort and dedication. Big shout out to Steve Z for being a tremendous help throughout the years. I couldn't be more thankful for your reassurance and expertise.

Historic Home Revived: Exceptional Roof and Interior Transformation!

I purchased a historic home in DC with a roof that was on its last legs. There were already some major leaks and damage to the interior and exterior wood siding. I called Maggio Roofing and met with Project Consultant Jason, who gave me several options at different price points, which was helpful. I decided to replace the entire roof, siding, gutters, as well as fix the interior damage. I live a few hours away, so I couldn’t visit the site as much as I would've liked, but communication was great. Production Manager Edgar kept me informed of the progress from start to finish. Project Manager Luis and his team were professional, efficient, and attentive to every detail. The quality of their work is outstanding. And Gustavo and his team repaired and painted the interior and the exterior siding and trim and did an amazing job. My home looks better than ever, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Professional, Communicative, and Meticulously Clean!

Loved my experience with Maggio roofing. From my first consultation with Jadolo to the installation team arriving and cleaning after completing the work. The production manager, Edgar, was communicative and promptly responded to any of my questions and concerns (I had tough situation) leading up to the installation. The day of the install, the team arrived on time and the Project Manager, Antonio Moscoso, made sure to talk me through the steps. He introduced me to the foreman, Joel Agustin and the rest of the team. Williams, Misael, Elmer, Jose Perez, Jose Argueta, Jose Alvarez, and Luis Carreto immediately got the work area prepped, were kind and worked diligently. They made sure to clean all debris from the yard and paid close attention to a drain I’d mentioned. I made sure to get everyone’s names because I’m so grateful for their work. Nobody wants to have to replace a roof, but if I ever have to again, I’m going with Maggio.

Fast, Professional Roof Repair

Maggio Roofing did a great job fixing a roof leak on our DC flat roof. They were professional and fast on-site visit and repair day. They took time to figure out best approach and 6-months later the repair has kept the water out.

Stunning Roof Restoration: Quality Craftsmanship That Lasts!

Maggio did really nice work on our townhouse mansard roof and turret as part of a larger exterior restoration project. Work was swift, and they dealt well with some peculiarities of our very old and not-quite-perfectly-square townhouse. After seeing their work first hand (I climbed up on to my roof to have a look) and speaking with one of their foremen, I feel confident that we've got a beautiful-looking roof that will last for many years to come.
