In 2012 Maggio Roofing got a call for fire damage. We sent Steve Piccirelli out to take a look at the roof which had been worked on unsuccessfully by another contractor. Over the course of the days following the estimate appointment, Steve built a proposal for the new roof as well as testifying in court on behalf of the customer so that they could get their money back from the contractor that did not finish the job. The roof itself was a flat roof that also had a cone shaped turret.
Our project estimator, Steve Piccirelli, proposed that we build the flat portion of the roof as a Fibertite Roof System and rebuild the turret structure entirely and then install Vermont Red Slate over the top of the structure. Our skilled crew, led by our foreman Edgar Ortega(Now Production Manager), then installed the proposed materials quickly and expertly. The details of the project can be seen in the corresponding photographs.
