Maggio’s came highly recommended by our realtor and we couldn’t have been more pleased with their roofing services, material quality, warranty, timely communication and scheduling. We replaced a 1 ply TPO material with a 4 ply monolithic membrane material and Maggio’s has a 20 year warranty! Most companies in DC only offer s 1 ply TPO with a 5 to 10 year warranty. Jason was our project manager and he did an absolutely phenomenal job at seeing our project to the end, even going above and beyond with inspection of our solar panels once they were reinstalled and assisting with internal house damage. I cannot speak highly enough of Jason. Best Customer service I have experienced in years! If there were a 10 star rating, I’d be coloring in all 10 stars.
