Professional and knowledgeable

I've been a Maggio customer at three different DC area houses. Each one had its own roofing-related quirks and issues. Maggio provided excellent service at each of my homes and shared extensive details about what work was needed, and why. They kept me informed of the progress and took excellent care of the surrounding areas (flowers, etc.).

Church Roof

We had to get our Church roof replaced and Maggio's did an amazing job. Their communication skills were magnificent. They always returned phone calls and e-mails promptly. Their craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. I was so impressed with our roof I took pictures of it for our parishioners. They were a delight to work with and they truly take pride in their work. I would recommend this firm to any Church that needed a flat roof replaced.

Very professional job

Maggio Roofing did a great job for our complicated project. Steve helped us figure out an affordable solution to refurbish the original roof on our historic home. Wilder and Jose did a great job keeping us updated on their daily progress, including photos. I appreciate that they did a thorough job and communicated with us throughout. A very good experience!

GREAT EXCEPTIONAL WORKMANSHIP AND SERVICE

Maggio Roofing provides exceptional, the highest quality work and workmanship. The crew leader and crew members were professional, knowledgeable, conscientious and highly skilled. Each day the crew leader provided updates on what they were going to accomplish that day. At the end of the day a progress report was provided. If there were weather issues they called early in the morning to indicate that they were not coming due to the weather. The price quotes contained in the contract were precise; the overall cost was very reasonable; and overall ratification exceeds 5 Stars. You cannot go wrong with Maggio Roofing whatever your roofing needs might be.

Fixed hard-to-find-leak

I found Steve Zisserman and Edgar Ortega and their teams to be very professional and reliable. Steve Zisserman was very experienced at finding the source of the problem and proposing a cost-effective, tailored solution. I have used Maggio two times and both times have been pleased.

excellant job

installed a solar roof over 7 years ago. One converter failed but was replaced under warranty. With dc and federal credits my new roof was free and with solar credits plus electricity generated my electricity is free. It took longer to install as I had picked one type of roof and had to switch to another but there was no extra cost. I recommend anyone replacing there roof go solar.

I had a problem with my roof. Due to inadequate gutters my house had suffered water intrusion off and on for many years, no matter what I did. Finally, a storm damaged the roof so badly I needed anew one. Maggio has worked on Capitol Hill for years and I had seen their signs often. I called them and Steve Zisserman came out. He immediately got my approval when he looked at my gutters and said they were inadequate. The team came and not only gave me a new roof and gutters they also changed the slope in the front to make drainage better. Because I needed new decking (old decking original to the house, 1895) they put in new insulation too. I later had a problem from a fallen tree, they fixed it right away. They cost more, perhaps, but they are so good at their job that I did not mind.

Great Service and Great Job!

After shoddy work from developers (surprise surprise) and years of water leaks, I finally bit the bullet and went with a full on replacement of the damage. And after doing some searching, the Maggio team has now replaced my roof, balcony, and window awnings. Full disclosure, Maggio's proposal had the highest price tag of my search, but I feel that with that came along the best customer service I received during my search and also probably the best job during the actual work. Both teams that came out (roof and balcony/window were two separate jobs) were professional, diligent, thorough, and competent. The phrase "you get what you pay for" certainly applies and in this case I feel like I paid for piece of mind. And you can't really put a dollar amount on that. I HOPE to never have to work with Maggio again (since they hopefully fixed all my problems!!), but I'd be happy to recommend them to others.
