Professional and personable

I've had Maggio Roofing do several projects and repairs for me and couldn't ask for better service, explanations, or expectations. Their people and their service are the best!

Good experience

We’ve been meaning to write this review for a year now. We were very impressed by Maggio; last year was a particularly challenging year for roofing projects and the team at Maggio worked with us to put our roof on at the time we wanted, dodging snow and rainstorms. Yes, they juggled projects and they asked for some flexibility (either to get better quality materials or to handle some post-storm crisis calls), but they really put their hearts into the job and I have no complaints. At all. They identified some serious roof issues beforehand, put together a comprehensive proposal, didn’t hit us with additional work while accommodating our change-orders during a really busy time. The finished work looks great and it has held up well, solving water and (we suspect) rodent intrusion problems. If you allow these craftsmen some flexibility, they will return the favor. The only minor thing I would suggest is for Maggio to assign a close-out person to ensure the last bits and pieces of documentation and customer sign-off are completed in a timely fashion. We think the Maggio team worked with us to meet our needs, and delivered a strong roof that will last far, far longer than the roof it replaced.

Excellent Roofing Company!

Maggio Roofing is an excellent company --from the technical inspection of my old roof, to proposals on the best materials to use, to the quality of the work, professionalism of the crew, thoroughness of the clean-up process, and after-service customer support. I recommended the company to a neighbor, who also had a great experience. Furthermore, Maggio gave me a recommendation for a masonry contractor to handle a project they couldn't do - - and I'm equally impressed with this firm.

Great service!

Maggio Roofing was an absolutely professional company that took pride in their work and delivered exceptional service. Not only was their communication on point and proactive, they were also very courteous when it came to dealing with me as a client, face to face. The project had a small hiccup where there was an unplanned discrepancy between the verbal agreement and the written and signed contract. This company actually honored the initial verbal agreement and finished the job as requested by me, the client. I hope I don’t have to use them for my current house for a couple of decades but would hire them again for future homes.

Wish there were more of Maggio!

Maggio staff and Steve, in particular, are some of the most professional and competent staff, with excellent proposals that are clear, informative and precise. I only wish there more of them, as it's hard at times to get them on your schedule. Looking forward to working with them again in the future!

Quality Work, Responsive Team

Over the years, I have used Maggio to replace each portion of a 4 tier roof which, also included installing solar panels (I don't think they do that today). The work has been done exactly as they promised, and, once scheduled, was started and completed on time and usually early. They also clean up the work area daily as they recognize we are also living there at the same time. I've not experienced that with other contractors. Great job.

Great Service and Great Job!

After shoddy work from developers (surprise surprise) and years of water leaks, I finally bit the bullet and went with a full on replacement of the damage. And after doing some searching, the Maggio team has now replaced my roof, balcony, and window awnings. Full disclosure, Maggio's proposal had the highest price tag of my search, but I feel that with that came along the best customer service I received during my search and also probably the best job during the actual work. Both teams that came out (roof and balcony/window were two separate jobs) were professional, diligent, thorough, and competent. The phrase "you get what you pay for" certainly applies and in this case I feel like I paid for piece of mind. And you can't really put a dollar amount on that. I HOPE to never have to work with Maggio again (since they hopefully fixed all my problems!!), but I'd be happy to recommend them to others.

Roof estimate

I feel that the representative that worked with us on our estimate was excellent. He was professional and easy to talk to. He was informative and very knowledgeable. He worked directly with our insurance company and stayed in touch and really took time to explain every detail with us. Would definitely recommend.

Quality roofing company

Maggio Roofing is knowledgable about their. product, they employ dependable craftsmen to do the work, and their front office is professional in their business practices. Their work runs on the pricey side but if you want the job done right and you want it done once--hire Maggio.
