Wish there were more of Maggio!

Maggio staff and Steve, in particular, are some of the most professional and competent staff, with excellent proposals that are clear, informative and precise. I only wish there more of them, as it's hard at times to get them on your schedule. Looking forward to working with them again in the future!

Great Service and Great Job!

After shoddy work from developers (surprise surprise) and years of water leaks, I finally bit the bullet and went with a full on replacement of the damage. And after doing some searching, the Maggio team has now replaced my roof, balcony, and window awnings. Full disclosure, Maggio's proposal had the highest price tag of my search, but I feel that with that came along the best customer service I received during my search and also probably the best job during the actual work. Both teams that came out (roof and balcony/window were two separate jobs) were professional, diligent, thorough, and competent. The phrase "you get what you pay for" certainly applies and in this case I feel like I paid for piece of mind. And you can't really put a dollar amount on that. I HOPE to never have to work with Maggio again (since they hopefully fixed all my problems!!), but I'd be happy to recommend them to others.

Quality Work, Responsive Team

Over the years, I have used Maggio to replace each portion of a 4 tier roof which, also included installing solar panels (I don't think they do that today). The work has been done exactly as they promised, and, once scheduled, was started and completed on time and usually early. They also clean up the work area daily as they recognize we are also living there at the same time. I've not experienced that with other contractors. Great job.

Roof estimate

I feel that the representative that worked with us on our estimate was excellent. He was professional and easy to talk to. He was informative and very knowledgeable. He worked directly with our insurance company and stayed in touch and really took time to explain every detail with us. Would definitely recommend.

Maggio Roofing is knowledgable about their. product, they employ dependable craftsmen to do the work, and their front office is professional in their business practices. Their work runs on the pricey side but if you want the job done right and you want it done once--hire Maggio.

They do what they say

Our condo association hired Maggio to repair a series of roof problems. My job was to coordinate the work over a period of months. Maggio work was consistent, intentional and thoughtful throughout the entire process. Our Maggio contact was always accessible and responsive via email.

Complete roof replacement

The team at Maggio were fantastic! They performed a complete removal of 100 years of existing roofing on my old row house, replaced some rotted structure, insulated and installed a new roof. The project was seamless and the crew was very professional.

Maggio did a terrific job with my total roof replacement. They explained the process fully, were pleasant and responsive, and even did a good job cleaning up after the job was done. They also installed a new skylight for me, which I love! Maggio is on the high end, price-wise, but they really came through.

I've dealt with your company for several years, including a full roof replacement, skylight replacement, and coating for the roof and garage, along with gutters and downspouts. Work has been done with few problems, and when there were problems, they were addressed quickly and efficiently. I have recommended Maggio to several people.
