Same Day Response by Antonio was Excellent
I had an immediate need to stop a water intrusion into a property, and there was more precipitation in the upcoming forecasts. First thing in the morning I called Maggio's main line, and spoke with their service coordinator. Before the afternoon had ended, Antonio, their service manager, had come on-site to the property, investigated the water intrusion, and installed temporary repairs to stem the water intrusion. I then received clear communication about when an estimator would be coming out to the property to determine the final solution/repair, and Antonio has passed along all his service notes to that estimator so the site visit will not start from scratch. >> I was impressed with their office communication, sharing pictures from the field, and clarity in communication the issues that were found on the roof. I will be using Maggio Roofing again.
